Fire Damage Mitigation

This home was damaged due to an electrical fire in the living room, while also suffering damage from the water used to extinguish the fire. We removed the affected structural materials, cleaned the smoke residue, and removed home owner's content for cleaning and return. Finally, we encapsulated salvageable structural materials prior to rebuild.
