Water... lots of water...

This mother-in-law suite experienced a large water loss during "The Freeze" in January of 2018. Many homes were affected, especially those that weren't used frequently. The homeowners weren't able to get to the home during the freeze to check on it due to the inclement driving conditions. A neighbor saw water running out of the doors of the home once everything began to thaw. Here are pictures showing the flood cut we did on the drywall to be able to dry the bottom seal plates. And the next picture shows our work after we put them back together.
