Student Housing Water Loss

A defective water heater caused water damages on two levels of this student housing facility. The upstairs unit had saturated carpets while the ceiling of the downstairs unit was very discolored. Our team, however, was able to arrive on site and quickly begin assessing the situation. We extracted the water from the carpets and removed the affected materials before placing drying equipment.
